The woods in the mist on that walk up the hill above the Yaquina Head lighthouse was so inspiring that I painted the scene three more times. After making our way to the top and the water tower and high powered antenna at the top, we climbed down, visited the lighthouse, then made our way to the beach.

The tide was out.
