Two weeks from today, the Camano Art Association’s STUDIO TOUR opens. In the next two weeks we will feature the different artists you will find at Sunnyshore Studio. Today, meet Dianna Shyne!
We are super excited that Dianna Shyne will be a featured artist at the Studio Tour. If you Google “Who is Dianna Shyne” this is what AI says:
Dianna Shyne is a multiple award-winning contemporary impressionistic artist with over 40 years of experience, known for her vibrant, light-filled paintings in oil, acrylic, and watercolor. Based in the Pacific Northwest, she is acclaimed for her “Russian Impressionism” style, often painting subjects that convey joy, drama, and emotion. She also teaches online workshops and challenges.
I know her best, however, as one of the master teachers through my brother Jed Dorsey’s Acrylic University. Sunnyshore Studio is thrilled that we have the opportunity to showcase for the first (and last) time every her miniature challenge paintings from her series: Travels Near and Far. You can learn about that series here.
All 54 of Dianna’s acrylics from her travels and paintings will be on sale at Sunnyshore, both at our bricks and mortar and online gallery. And she will be signing her book Travels Near and Far which as I write this is being shipped to her home in Portland.
